Stopping and waiting, letting others make the first move or acting based on the enviroment, going forward by inertia- these are not favorable methods for carving out a winning spot neither in the present, nor in the future.  Renewal enables a more satisfying purchase for the customer. Our role as sellers, is to listen carefully, with the intention of understanding not only the technical needs of the client, but also their emotional ones. This goal we have set, has been achievable through a planned  process of change that started with an image change at our store; the SHOWROOM where we welcome potential customers was completely re-done.  This change, however, was not merely a superficial “face-lift”, but rather a new, energetic and personalized approach. Bright and open spaces allow the products on display to shine and help point the way to the appropriate choice for each individual, matching personal tastes and needs.
